All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

We have limited stocks of all the products on our site.

Handling and Dispatch Times
Any order placed by paypal instant payment before 11am Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day, after 11am and weekends we will dispatch next working day.

Please note that we do not accept payment over the telephone. Orders paid for by bankers draft or postal order will considered as paid once the draft or postal order arrives at our premises.

We try very hard to make sure that we're not listing anything that we don't actually have in stock, so in almost all cases everything you can see is in stock.

If for any reason we've made a mistake and we don't have something you've ordered we will let you know as soon as possible by email.

Delivery Times
When you are choosing your delivery option you may find the following information useful:

UK Delivery
In the vast majority of cases orders sent within the UK mainland by first class and first class recorded post arrive on the first working day after they are dispatched, however Royal Mail cannot guarantee this. Royal Mail tracked should take 2 to 3 days but isn't guaranteed either.

If you want to be more certain about receiving your order in time for a special event you should choose the Special Delivery or Courier options as these should arrive before 1pm and 6pm respectively Monday to Friday (However please bear in mind that during busy periods such as Christmas delays are not uncommon). In most cases Special Delivery packages sent on a Friday do arrive on a Saturday but again this is not guaranteed.

1.          Introduction

1.1        These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern the relationship between the customer and Grace Boutique ("Grace Boutique").  Please read these carefully. They contain very important information about your rights and obligations. You can print out these terms and conditions by clicking on the print icon on your browser;


1.2        By submitting an order on the website you, the customer agree to be bound by these Terms as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time;


1.3        If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our website.


2.      Ordering and Supplying of Products


2.1     The customer shall place an order with Grace Boutique by:


2.1.1           filling in the order form and submitting it by clicking on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the order form; and


2.1.2           by paying the requisite price of the products plus any other expenses and incidental costs as set out in the company literature from time to time including all delivery costs (the "Purchase Price") and following the steps set out in the payment process;


2.2     It is you, the customer's, responsibility to check that no errors have been made when placing an order.  If any errors are identified the customer shall be responsible for correcting them prior to placing an order.  All information submitted by the customer should be up to date;


2.3     The prices of our products are clearly shown on the website.  If an error is made and a product has been inadvertently under-priced, we do not have to deliver that product to the customer at the stated price, so long as we inform you before the product is posted.  You can then decide if you still wish to proceed with your order;


2.4     Once an order has been received from the customer by Grace Boutique, we will acknowledge receipt of the order on the website and by email.  If using PayPal, the customer may also receive an acknowledgment of payment of the Purchase Price from PayPal.  Acknowledgment of the order or of Payment shall not constitute acceptance by Grace Boutique.  No order submitted by you, the customer, shall be deemed to be accepted by Grace Boutique unless and until Grace Boutique confirms its acceptance;


2.5     Following acceptance of the order by Grace Boutique, Grace Boutique shall deliver the products to the customer;


2.6     The products shall be provided in accordance with any company literature (website, brochures and other information documents containing details of the Grace Boutique goods being offered and any other information that may be relevant to customers and prospective customers) relating to the products from time to time and subject to these Terms;


2.7     Grace Boutique will use all endeavours to ensure the products match the customer's order.  However, we reserve the right to provide substitute products of a similar description and standard if the requested products are not available. In the unlikely event of the customer receiving a substitute product, the customer shall be entitled to return the substitute product for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, should the substitute product not be acceptable to him/her;


2.8     Grace Boutique reserves the right to refuse any order placed by the customer and will not be required to provide any explanation.


3.      Purchase Price and Payment


3.1     The prices shown on our website are reviewed periodically.  The customer shall pay the Purchase Price quoted on the order upon submission of the order following the payment process which shall be in pounds sterling.


3.2     If paying by credit/debit card, payment will be charged to the credit/debit card account provided by the customer on the order form;


3.3     By placing an order, you, the customer, consent to payment being charged by PayPal or to your credit/debit card account as provided on the order form;


3.4     All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer's payment card is refused or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to Grace Boutique at any time (whether in advance or subsequent to a payment), Grace Boutique shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery;


3.5     Grace Boutique is not obliged to provide particular products to you, the customer where you have not paid the Purchase Price in the order in accordance with Clause 4.1;


3.6     Grace Boutique reserves the right, by giving notice to you, the customer, at any time before delivery of the products to increase the price of the products to reflect any increase in the cost to Grace Boutique which is due to any factor beyond its control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture);


3.7     In the unlikely event of there being an increase in the price of the products, you, the customer, shall be entitled to cancel the order in accordance with clause 5 below.


4.      Cancellation


4.1     The customer may cancel the order at any time within 7 days of receipt of the products by notice in writing to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it


4.2     If the products have not been dispatched upon cancellation, Grace Boutique will cancel the order.  Where the products have already been dispatched to the customer upon cancellation and Grace Boutique is unable to stop the delivery, you, the customer, will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods at your own expense (see clause 7.1 below), at which stage Grace Boutique will arrange a refund or exchange;


4.3     Please note that in some circumstances (such as when products form part of a gift set), the customer may not be able to cancel part of an order.


5.      Delivery


5.1     Any dates quoted for delivery of the products are approximate only and Grace Boutique shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products however caused. If, however, Grace Boutique is unable to deliver the products by the date quoted for delivery to you, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place;


5.2     The products will be delivered to you, the customer, at the address provided by you on the order form and in accordance with the delivery options selected by you in the order;


5.3     Sometimes a signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you, the customer, are authorising us to accept signature from another person to sign for the goods if you are not present at the time of delivery;


5.4     Grace Boutique reserves the right to deliver orders in two parts or more;


5.5     The customer should note that Grace Boutique is only able to deliver to locations within the United Kingdom at present.


6.      Return of products

6.1     The customer agrees to inspect the products as soon after delivery as possible.  You may return any products you have purchased within seven (7) working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or by email within those seven (7) working days. You will then be entitled to a refund, which will be paid as soon as possible, usually within 14 days but in any event within thirty (30) days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to Grace Boutique. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. When returning goods we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery and retain your counterfoil as proof of mailing. If the products are in a satisfactory condition we shall refund the original account charged usually within 14 days but in any event within 30 days.  Customers are liable for the cost of returning unwanted goods to us.  If the goods you receive are damaged please contact us immediately.  You can return the damaged products for a replacement or a full refund.


6.2     If:


6.2.1           the product delivered is not what you ordered (including any substitute products), or does not correspond with its description; or


6.2.2           the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or


6.2.3           the product is not fit for any other purpose for which you have bought it and you notified Grace Boutique of this purpose before purchase, and Grace Boutique has not informed you that the product is not fit for that purpose;


Grace Boutique will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.


6.3     The customer agrees to inspect the products as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable


7.      Refunds


7.1     In the event that the customer cancels the order in accordance with clause 5, Grace Boutique shall as soon as practicable refund the Purchase Price to the customer ("the Refund") by the original payment method provided that the products shall be returned by the customer to Grace Boutique:


7.1.1           unwrapped, unopened and unused (unless the products are faulty); and

7.1.2           within 7 days of notification of the cancellation to Grace Boutique; and


7.2     It is the customer's responsibility when returning any products to Grace Boutique:


7.2.1           To pay the charges for transport, packaging and insurance; and

7.2.2           To ensure that a certificate of posting and delivery is obtained when returning the products;

8.      Customer Warranty


8.1     You, the customer, warrant that all details provided in the order Form for the purpose of purchasing the products are correct, that the credit/debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused limit available to cover the cost of the products. Please refer to Grace Boutique's Privacy Policy regarding the treatment of personal information.


9.      Grace Boutique Warranty


9.1     Grace Boutique warrants to you, the customer, that the products will be supplied to you using reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with the order From and company literature and at the time or times referred to in the order Form;


9.2     For the avoidance of doubt, Grace Boutique does not warrant that any products are appropriate for the specific requirement of the customer;


10.     Liability


10.1   Grace Boutique assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable to you, the customer, for any damage to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the site.  In no event shall Grace Boutique be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any exemplary, punitive, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits or lost savings) whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with:


10.1.1          any use of this site or content found therein;

10.1.2          any failure or delay (including, but not limited to) the use of or inability to use any component of the site;

10.1.3          the performance or non-performance by Grace Boutique;

10.1.4          the provision of or failure to provide services;

10.1.5          any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the site.


10.2   Grace Boutiques' liability shall not be limited in the case of death or personal injury directly caused by Grace Boutiques' negligent act or omission.;


10.3   Any dealings you have with third parties via the site are your responsibility. Should a dispute arise between yourself and any third party due to use of the site, we will do our best to assist its resolution but will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result;


10.4   We may provide links to other web sites, resources, advertisements or sponsorships either directly or through contractual partners.  Grace Boutique accepts no responsibility for these links and does not endorse their contents. If you decide to access other web sites, you do so at your own risk whatsoever.


10.5   For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms shall affect the customer's statutory rights.


11.     Intellectual Property


11.1   All content, software and data on or relating to the website, is the property of Grace Boutique and/or its suppliers or business partners. None of the software, data or content found on the website may be reproduced, republished, distributed, posted, sold, transferred, linked to or modified without the express written permission of Grace Boutique;


11.2   In addition, the trade marks, logos and service marks displayed on this site ("the Trade Marks") may not be used without permission. All copyright, database rights, rights in inventions, patents and patent applications in the software, data or content relating to the site shall (unless licensed to Grace Boutique) be owned by and vest absolutely in Grace Boutique.


12.     Website


12.1   Grace Boutique will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions arising at any time. Grace Boutique will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these;


12.2   All drawings, descriptive matter and specifications of the products on the website are for the sole purpose of given an approximate description of the products;


12.3   Grace Boutique may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability;


13.     General


13.1   Data Protection


13.1.1          In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, Grace Boutique is required to obtain the customer's consent to process data provided by the customer in the order Form;


13.1.2          Grace Boutique undertakes to process the customer's personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and its Privacy Policy in force from time to time;


13.1.3          The customer hereby consents to the processing and use by Grace Boutique of personal data given by the customer under these Terms in accordance with Grace Boutique's current privacy policy unless the customer has indicated otherwise to us in writing.


13.2   Notices


13.2.1          Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under the Contract shall be sent by first class mail air mail or email and shall be addressed to the other party at its registered office or principal place of business or such other address as may at the relevant time have been notified pursuant to this provision to the party giving the notice;


13.2.2          Notices sent in accordance with clause 14.2.1 above shall be deemed to be received three working days after the day of posting (in the case of inland first class mail), seven days after the date of posting (in the case of airmail) and on the day it was sent (in the case of a electronic communication).


13.3   Waiver


No failure or delay by either party in exercising any of its rights under these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of that right, and no waiver by either party of any breach of the Contract by the other shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.


13.4   Severance


If any provision of these Terms is held by any court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.


13.5   Force Majeure


Grace Boutique shall not be liable in any way to perform, or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if the failure or delay is due to causes outside its reasonable control.


13.6   Law and Jurisdiction

The validity, construction and performance of these Terms shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which the Parties submit.


13.7   Queries and Complaints
